Terms of service

Article 1 (Scope)

These terms set out the conditions for using Reporta (the "Service"). Users agree to these terms before using the Service.

Article 2 (Account registration)

Using the Service requires an account. Users are required to register accurate, up-to-date information, and promptly update that information if it changes.

Article 3 (Fees)

• Free plan: Free forever, up to 1 property
• Starter plan: ¥9,800/month (tax incl.), up to 20 properties
• Growth plan: ¥19,800/month (tax incl.), up to 50 properties

Paid plans are billed automatically to a credit card. Annual contracts receive a two-month discount.

Article 4 (Prohibited actions)

Users must not engage in the following actions:

• Acts that violate law or public order
• Acts that disrupt the operation of the Service
• Acts that infringe the rights of other users or third parties
• Unauthorized access or attempted unauthorized access
• Reverse engineering of the Service

Article 5 (Cancellation)

Users may cancel their account at any time. Data remains downloadable for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted. Paid plans should be cancelled by the day before the next renewal date.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Service is provided "as is" and we do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose or completeness. We are not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, communication failures, or other force majeure.

Article 7 (Changes to terms)

We may change these terms as necessary. Changed terms take effect when posted on the Service.

Article 8 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
